Our one-off class is perfect for businesses looking to offer a wellness program to their employees on a trial basis. This package includes a one-hour express class that can be scheduled to fit your team's schedule, whether it's in the morning, afternoon, or at lunchtime. Our express classes are designed to be easy to follow, and they don't cause sweating or redness, making it easy for participants to return to work feeling refreshed and energized.
One-off Class for up to 20 people - $280

One-off Yoga Classes 

Our 4-week wellness program is perfect for businesses looking to make yoga a regular part of their wellness program. Our program includes four one-hour classes that can be scheduled to fit your team's schedule, with each class building on the previous one to help your team develop their skills and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Our program is designed to help your team build strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress and improving focus.
4-Week Wellness Program - $250 per class

Corporate Wellness Package

Our team building events are customizable to fit your business needs. We offer packages that include a combination of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and activties, depending on the goals and objectives of your business.
We create a welcoming and safe space for employees to engage in yoga, meditation, and other wellness practices, all of which are aimed at reducing stress, improving focus and productivity, and promoting overall well-being.

<h3>Who am I? </h3>
I'm a qualified yoga instructor and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Before relocating to Townsville, I spent several years working as a senior business manager in Melbourne. During that time, I developed a passion for health and wellness and began practicing yoga as a way to relieve stress and stay balanced.
 
Upon arriving in Townsville, I noticed a gap in the market for offering corporate wellness and team-building events.
 
 Drawing on my experience in business and team management, I decided to create a boutique service that could help businesses find the balance between team building and wellness while still achieving their commercial goals.
 
I understand that every business is unique, which is why I work closely with my clients to develop customized programs that meet their specific needs.
